Little by little I am feeling more comfortable with some of the ideas which are written by these earlier philosophers. For instance, upon opening the "Enlightened Mind" book, I glanced through the essay, "The Diamond Sutra" on the page next to "The Hermetic Writings" and found that the Sutra now makes more sense than it did the first reading. Thank you, Jason.
The Hermetic Writings are about the "allness" of God, the infinite ramifications, and the answer to further knowledge being desire to know more. "Ah, but that is the rub!" When I think I understand more, it is in fact less.
My feelings about these Hermetic Writings are that we should accept the fact that we are all a part of the Eternal God in every conceivable area of our lives.
